Monkseaton Travel Agent Covid: Like many businesses, for obvious reasons ie the travel ban, our business has been closed.

Each step of the way we have followed the Covid guidelines set by the Government.

Monkseaton Travel Agent Opening

As you may well be aware we now have a provisional map out of Lockdown.  This includes Travel Agents being allowed to re-open our doors from 12th April, 2021.

We must admit, we don't yet know exactly how this is going to look for us.

In the first instance it will be a case of restricting the amount of people we can have in our shop at any one time.

Appointments - Monkseaton

We feel at the moment the most sensible approach, if  you would prefer to come in and speak to a real human being, is to make an appointment.  This way we will be able to carefully monitor who is in the shop at a partcular time.  Please don't think for one moment we don't want you to walk in off the street. You know that we have always had walk-ins.  However, what we don't want to see are people having to stand and wait for long periods of time outside.

Neither do we want to rush your appointment when you have booked to come and talk about your dream holiday.

Where is it Safe to Travel?

You can rest assured that we will have the latest, up to date, information available about any Country you are hoping to travel to. As you have witnessed for yourselves I am sure, this can change on a daily basis.

What happens if Governement Guidelines Change after I have booked?

You will not lose out! As we are fully ABTA registered and ATOL protected we will be able to re-book for you, for when it is allowed and if necessary you will receive a full refund.
