Your Travel Agent Whitley Bay is now open! Finally, a bit of normality back to us all.

Travel Agent Whitley Bay New Process

We have a new shop in Whitley Bay. We have taken over the old Tui shop on Whitley Road. This shop is now open you will be pleased to know that our Monkseaton shop will be open in May.

Our new Whitley Bay Travel Agency is bigger so we can fit 2 households or 4 adults in at any one time.

There will be sanitiser at the door to use as soon as you walk in. Please wear face masks when moving around the shop. Also, there will be Perspex screens on our desks and the desks and chairs will be disinfected after every customer.

We are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe!

Can I just walk in or do I have to make an appointment?

We are accepting walk ins. Please be mindful that you may have to wait around to come in until we have finished with the clients that are in the shop with us.

You may book an appointment with us. This should minimise your wait. Please contact us with a preferred date and time and we will book you in. Be aware that we may be delayed with a previous customer when you arrive but booking should minimise your wait. We will do the best we can in these strange times.

What will be different?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give brochures out during this time. However, we can print things out and of course email you anything you need. In other words we can print or email:
